Dr. Low took the time to thoroughly review my diagnosis and addressed all my questions. He was attentive and unrushed, demonstrating genuine care while assisting me with necessary work restrictions.

While we were ultimately referred elsewhere as what was needed was outside of Dr. Low's scope, we did appreciate not having our time wasted. Said differently, Dr. Low is efficient and cares about what is best for the patient, even if it isn't care that he can personally provide. We are comfortable enough with how he handled things that we'd give him an at bat for a different issue in the future, no hesitation.
