He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA, and his medical degree from Penn State College of Medicine where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Dr. Kish completed a residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Maryland Medical Center and R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, MD. After residency he completed a fellowship in Hand/Microvascular/Upper Extremity Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. This extra year of training afforded him the opportunity to hone his skills in the surgical and non-surgical treatment options for various conditions of the arm and hand. Dr. Kish especially enjoys challenging upper extremity pathology and has great interest in management of complex fractures, nerve and tendon injuries, as well as the treatment of arthritis in the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and fingers.
