I had reverse shoulder replacement. Max pain level was 3. Got back into stuff quickly but I did follow the rules. Icing I believe was huge. I bought 2 different shoulder packs that were exceptional. Nurses were great. Treated very well at all levels Only negative was the DME person. Supposedly a new version of the sling.
