I recently had to visit the OSS Health Pain Center in Mechanicsburg for the 2nd time for an Interlaminar epidural shot. The first one was early January and just didn't take like I was hoping. The first one was a more targeted shot, whereas this one covered a larger area of my spine. Hopefully this one will do the trick.<br>The Team at OSS was so professional and made me feel totally at ease. From Allison at the front desk, to Justin my RN that prepped me, answering all of my questions. Then on to the shot itself. Meghan assisted Dr. Reichard for the actual shot. Both ladies were upbeat and positive, and Dr. Reichard was unlike any other doctor I've encountered. She spoke with authority, explaining all that was going to take place and gave me a peace about the procedure. Always a smile, and describing each step along the way, so there were no surprises. There was such a confidence in her manner that is hard to explain.<br>Recommend this Team for sure!!!

Usually an x-ray is taken first. Then you may be seen by Dr. Patel, who is very upbeat and explains the x-ray. He listens to any questions or concerns and takes the time to explain so you fully understand. Even if you are scheduled to see his P.A. Ashley, he still tries to stop in to see you. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk with.
