We saw Dr. Steinmetz for pain management of my 86-year-old father’s old compression fracture in his lower spine. The doctor’s prescribed medication is working but that’s not why I’m writing this review. I appreciated Dr. Steinmetz for his patience with my father, who is severely hard of hearing and has dementia. He spoke not just to me, but to my father as well, making him feel included. It’s very hard to find doctors that care about geriatric patients and I feel Dr. Steinmetz does.
