Dr.Welter, provided exceptional care for total knee replacement. Surgery went smoothly and recovery instructions helped gain some mobility back. After initial surgery recovery slowed and required a manipulation to break up scar tissue. Second procedure went as well as first and recovery is moving along again. Dr.Welter was very informative about the steps and very helpful. He talked to me as a patient and with great care. I would recommend Dr. Welter for any knee related issues.
